- Five minutes, hard stop. One idea, not a 30-minute talk squeezed in.
- Ideally tech-adjacent. If there's a system, some data, a machine or an algorithm hiding in it somewhere, it's in.
- Bring your rabbit hole. Talk about the thing you can't stop thinking about.
- Tell a story, not a spec. What happened, what broke, what surprised you.
- Fuckups welcome. Failed projects, cursed setups and bad ideas done well.
- No pitches. No product demos, no hiring slides, no corporate vibes.
- Leave us with one “wait, WTF?” If the room learns something odd or laughs, you've nailed it.
- No expertise needed. Curiosity is enough. First-timers especially welcome.
